Welcome to Maya Home Stay! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• A non-refundable advance of ₹500 is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made at the time of check-in (unless pre-paid).
  
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• The advance booking amount of ₹500 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be given for early check-outs or unused nights.
  

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Any damage to property or disturbance caused may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.
  
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  

4. ID Proof Requirement
‍Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is required at the time of check-in for all adult guests.
